Food is Life

Food is Life, and Life is full of amazing Food. Everything shown here I have cooked myself, because... I just freakin' love food!

Au Natural

Some of the most awe-inspiring photos are those that capture the natural beauty all around that most of us simply walk by and ignore as we navigate our busy lives. These few photos are humble beginnings to what I hope to expand on greatly. More to come in the near future!

Mystique of the East

The best piece I created at college, though, would have to be the one I made for my Senior Practicum. Entitled "Mystique of the East: The Asian American Experience," it documents the Asian American Association's annual cultural showcase, featuring dances, martial arts, and performances from various Asian nations. As a dedicated member of the AAA, Mystique was something very close to my heart.

Late Night Rendezvouz

So, this is one of the better pieces that I produced during my time at The College of New Jersey. The assignment was to create a narrative short about a memorable college experience. For whatever reason, the first one that popped into my mind... was the night my Freshman roommate decided to bring a girl back to our room and have sex with her in the top bunk as I tried to sleep below. Enjoy?

Northern Lights

Now, normally I wouldn't post up pictures of this poor quality, but considering these photos comprise my sole glimpse of the fabled Northern Lights, I had to show them. This was my first time shooting in the dark, necessitating the use of a lot of post-production to get them looking even this good. Still... seeing the Aurora flickering up in the sky was a breathtaking sight, and these photos are my link to that amazing moment in time.

Alaskan Adventure - Part 1

Ever wanted to journey into the Alaskan wilderness? My Mother and I did, and journey we did. Last March, we ventured out to Chena Hot Springs, a small resort nestled in the foothills of the Alaskan mountains. Our goal? To catch a glimpse of the elusive Northern Lights. Were we successful? Perhaps, but you'll just have to enjoy these pictures for now. ;)
